Tracy has been a loan processor with Good Friend Mortgage since 2016.
Her previous experience includes 6 years as a Realtor in northeast Atlanta and several years as a mortgage loan officer.
Tracy handles all aspects of processing, including ordering title, homeowner’s insurance, appraisals, gathering all required documents and disclosures, and submitting them to the investor / lender.
She also sets up the closing logistics and coordinates between the closing attorney, realtors and our valued clients once all conditions are met and a clear to close is issued. .
