This was BY FAR the easiest closing I have ever gone through. Constant communication is very important at to me and Good Friend Mortgage exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about this team. Ken literally made my home purchase possible when other places said nothing could be done. As a newly self employed business owner I had issues proving 2 years of income. Ken found me the right lender for me after Better Mortgage refused to work with me after taking me half way through the underwriting process and taking $1k dollars from me. I was frustrated.
